Ah, social media…let’s be honest, it’s a shitshow (excuse the language, but if you’ve read me, you’re not surprised), and I can’t say I’ve ever taken to it. Maybe it’s the contrary Gen-Xer in me. Or maybe it’s because I think it’s rotting our brains and our relationships, while companies exploit our privacy for profit. Who’s to say? I’m just throwing out wild guesses here.
But, let’s all agree I’m never going to be a social media rockstar. Sound good?
While I may not be a media maven, I do want you to know where to find me. That way, if you have any burning information you’re dying to tell me, you’ll know where to look.
And I’ve heard, that as an author, it’s probably a good idea to keep you informed.
I will warn you these platforms, like life, are subject to change. The further I get into the information age, the more protective I become of my offline time, so if I spend energy on a platform, I want it count—for both of us.
What does that look like? I’m not sure yet, but while I’m figuring it out, I reserve the right to change my mind and pivot when necessary.

I’m working on building rebuilding my page, and this is where I will concentrate the bulk of my social media energy. If you don’t want to contact me through the website, slide into my DMs here.
Okay, two things:
- I LOVE tiktok. I mean, how did we know anything before it came along? Even the algorithm knows how you feel before you do. Like, if all the sudden I start getting angry content, I can be like, Girl, you are in a bad mood, log off and set yourself right.
- I have not posted there… but I might. Maybe. LOL. Booktok is one of my favorite places on the entire internet. Almost all of my most memorable reads from the last year have been found there. I believe in booktok. So when, and if, I find a way to post in a way I feel good about, I will. If you follow me there, you’ll be the first to know.
Not a fan, I find it toxic. But I do have a page where you will find information on books, sales, and various happenings. It’s probably not the best place to send me a message, and with the way they always change the platform, I’m lucky if I can even find them. I’d recommend typing at your own peril.
In other news, if you are wondering what happened to the Facebook group The Lair, I’m sad to say I shut it down in February 2023.
I have a politics problem and need to keep off this platform as I’ve heard rage scrolling isn’t good for your blood pressure. So, like the rest of the world, as I contemplate logging off Elon’s twitter forever, anything posted her will be purely informational. I don’t even have the app on my phone so it’s not a good place to contact me.
